Rhonda Tkachuk is a mother of four and an Early Childhood Educator with a passion for helping families find quality child care. She works with parents to understand their child’s unique needs and guides them through the options available, outlining the pros and cons of each. With extensive experience that includes teaching Early Childhood Education at the post-secondary level, licensing and approving day homes, directing a daycare center, operating her own day home for 14 years, and working as a nanny, Rhonda brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood, a Degree in Community Rehabilitation, and a Master’s in Early Learning/Education. Rhonda supports families in navigating the challenges of finding care, preparing for interviews, and recognizing developmentally appropriate, nurturing environments for children.
